Opportunities From: LifeLink Foundation

Volunteer: Fall Festival (Northlake-Barbara Loar Library)

Join us for the Northlake-Barbara Loar Fall Festival, taking place outdoors at the library! This area has low donor registrations, making your presence and conversations especially important in raising awareness and inspiring more people to consider donation. We’d love to have you there!

Set up: Table set up by 9:45a. A tent is required for setup. Kyla will bring the tent along with all necessary tabling supplies, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and willingness to connect with the community! :)

Volunteer: Cobb County First Responder 5k Run/Walk

Looking for Ambassadors to help educate about organ and tissue donation at the First Responder 5k Run/Walk event on Saturday, August 22nd at The Battery

Please review the details below regarding vendor setup.

Vendor Setup Time: 6:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Event Start: 8:00 a.m.
Event concludes: 10:00 a.m.
-

NEW THIS YEAR- vendors can park in the RED DECK and receive a parking voucher! All vendors will unload
vehicles on Power Alley in the yellow loading area (Yellow hashes are on the ground). This is between Goldbergs
and Yard House in front of the entrance to the red deck. Volunteers will be wearing yellow vests and will direct
you to the unloading yellow area on both sides of the road.
- You will need to leave your items at the unloading area and then move your car to park in the red deck. There will be plenty of volunteers to bring your items to the turf area while you park.
- It is important that vehicles are moved as soon as they are unloaded to avoid a backup. Once your vehicle is
unloaded, please proceed to park your vehicle in the red deck.
- Parking validation is available for all volunteers and vendors parking in the Red Deck, please see the registration
tent for your parking validation sticker on the day of the event.
- Tents will be setup on the turf in front of the stage. Between parking and setting up there is a lot of walking
involved. If you have a cart to bring that would be very helpful. We will have some carts available as well.
- Please have tent area setup by 7:30 a.m.
- Designated 10x10 tent area and electricity will be provided on the turf, however, please bring your own tent,
table and chairs if you require it.

I will provide all necessary items for the event
