Donate Life Georgia is teaming up with the Gwinnett Stripers for an exciting evening of baseball and community impact! Join us at Coolray Field on April 26h as the Stripers take on Jacksonville, all while helping raise awareness about the life-saving power of organ and tissue donation.
Donate Life Georgia will have a dedicated table set up at the game where ambassadors can connect with fans, share information, and inspire others to register as donors. Ambassadors must bring trinkets and educational literature to distribute during the event.
Tabling time:
We ask that you arrive with enough time to have your display set up and ready to go 15
minutes prior to gates opening. Please have the table setup by 11:15am.
4/26 is a 1:05pm game with gates opening at 11:30am.
Parking and Directions:
The Gwinnett Stripers ask that you please enter the grounds at the Lot A entrance.
When traveling from GA-20 (Buford Drive), this is the entrance on the right-hand side
next to the Marquee Sign.
• Please inform the parking attendant that you are here to set up a concourse activation
table/booth and share with them your company/organization’s name (Donate Life Georgia). They will instruct you where to park from there.
• With this “check in”, you will be using your one (1) parking pass allotted per
concourse activation table/booth.
• If need be, you can pull up to the main gates to unload, then promptly move your
vehicle to the instructed area.
Leaving the Stadium:
• You are free to leave the facility whenever you like. This is your space for the entire
game. If you feel as though you have reached your goals for the event (for example) by
the 5th inning, you can leave at that time or sit and enjoy the game. – Totally up to you!
• You can leave the table and chairs just as you found them.
• If you need to pull your vehicle up to load everything back in, please notify the rep so
we can ensure everyone’s safety.
